What this notice covers
This notice covers bridgepointbenefits.ca and the information you send us through it. Bridgepoint Benefits & Pension Ltd. is responsible for that information.
What we collect
When you use the Let’s Talk form, we receive your name, work email, organization name, and, if you choose to share them, your number of employees, whether you have a group benefits plan today and anything you write in the message box. If you email us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains.
This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and it doesn’t load content from other websites while you browse it.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you and to talk with you about your organization’s plans. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it’s stored
Our website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify and then sent to our email. Netlify is based in the United States, so this information may be stored outside Canada and be subject to the laws of the places where it’s held.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are deleted from Netlify automatically 10 days after they arrive. The copy sent to our email is kept with our regular business correspondence.
Please keep sensitive details out
Please don’t include employee health information or other sensitive personal details in the form or in a first email. If we need that kind of information later, we’ll talk about a secure way to share it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to us at hello@bridgepointbenefits.ca.
